Jamaica Crime News, St James: Police Identify Murdered Victim: The police in the parish of St James say they have now positively identified a man who is said to be a violence producer, and who was shot and killed in Norwood, St James, on Sunday, March 10.
Investigations have released the name of the deceased as 34-year-old Allan Walters, otherwise called “Hot Beer” laborer of Hendon, Norwood, also in St James.
Reports by the Freeport police are that shortly after 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, Walters was standing along a section of the roadway in Hollywood, Norwood when he was approached by two armed men.

The men brandished handguns and opened fire, hitting Walters multiple times to his upper body.
The police were summoned and upon their arrival, Walters was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators also pointed out that Walters has been in and out of hot water with the law on numerous of occasions, and has been constantly under the police radar for his alleged involvements in a number of crimes.
