ST ANN, Jamaica — Constable Ramone Sterling, a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force stationed at the Montego Hills Police Station in St James, has tragically succumbed to injuries sustained in a vehicle crash. The fatal accident occurred in Discovery Bay, St Ann.

According to early reports, Sterling was driving a private vehicle that overturned for reasons yet unknown. Firefighters responded swiftly, working to extract him from the wreckage before rushing him to St Ann’s Bay Hospital. Sadly, despite the medical team’s efforts, Sterling passed away while undergoing treatment.
Authorities have not released details regarding the cause of the crash, which remains under investigation. The tragic incident has left colleagues, friends, and family members in mourning as they remember Sterling’s commitment to his work and his service to the community.
