Montego Bay, Jamaica – Patrick Casserly, a visionary leader who significantly shaped Jamaica’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, passed away today at the age of 58 at Cornwall Regional Hospital in St. James.
Casserly, renowned for his entrepreneurial spirit, led E-Services Group International, transforming it from a small data entry firm into the region’s largest English-speaking nearshore call center and back-office processing company.
His innovative strategies propelled Jamaica as a major player in the global outsourcing industry, creating numerous job opportunities for Jamaicans.
Casserly is survived by his son and will be remembered for his lasting contribution to the Jamaican economy.
