Jamaica News: The National Water Commission is advising that its Office situated in Spanish Town, St. Catherine will be closed on Monday, September 14, 2020, to facilitate deep cleaning and sanitization of the office space.
Customers and the general public are being advised to visit our website at www.nwcjamaica.com to have their various transactions and queries addressed.
The Utility Company is noting that the activities are being undertaken as part of its precautionary measures.
Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday September 15, 2020.
The Public is being reminded that the NWC had implemented COVID-19 mitigation measures at all commercial offices in keeping with the guidelines that have been established by the Ministry of Health and Wellness. These measures include routine deep cleaning of the office spaces and areas where we serve the public; the establishment of hand sanitizing stations are at various locations and the outfitting of our offices with social distance markers. There is also the mandatory requirement for the wearing of masks and temperature checks for customers and staff.
The National Water Commission urges its valued customers to remain safe at this time and to take every precaution to protect themselves and loved ones from the spread of this virus.
