Jamaica Crime News, Westmoreland: A woman is now dead and her teenage son in police custody after she was fatally stabbed on Wednesday night in Westmoreland.
She has been identified as 44-year-old Petrenia Grace McDonald of Bethel Town in the parish.
According to police reports about 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, McDonald was stabbed multiple times and her throat slashed.
The Police further stated that, based on information gathered, they went to the area in search of the teenager, who was found and taken in for questioning, in relation to the incident.
