Kingston, Jamaica News: Kingston Triple Murder – Investigators from the Major Investigation Division have arrested and charged an 18-year-old teenager in connection with the shooting deaths of two men and another teenage boy along Windward Road, Kingston 6, on Monday, May 13.
The accused, Richard Jonas, also known as ‘Monkey Man’, a carpenter of Moonlight Drive in Queensborough, Kingston 19, has been charged with the murders of 15-year-old Marquice Morgan of Lloyd Road, Kingston 6; 23-year-old Sabina Clarke of Windward Road; and 20-year-old Troy Dennis of Wellington Street.
Reports indicate that around 3:30 pm, all three deceased were among a group of people in a yard when five armed men ambushed them and opened fire, killing them on the spot.
Jonas was positively identified as one of the five men involved in the attack. He is scheduled to appear before the Kingston and St. Andrew Court on Friday, June 28, to answer to three counts of murder, wounding with intent, possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorized possession of ammunition, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
