The St Catherine police have launched a probe into Tuesday’s gruesome discovery of the body of two men, found in two motor vehicles along a section of the Salt Pond main road in the parish.
The bodies of both deceased which remains unidentified, were discovered approximately 6:50pm, by passersby.
Reports are that residents discovered the two abandoned vehicles along the roadway and went to investigate.
They stumbled upon the body of two men inside both motor cars and summoned the police, who upon arrival discovered that both victims had wounds to their upper bodies.
The scene was processed and the bodies removed to the morgue for post mortem examination.
