Jamaica Crime News, Montego Bay: A man who was stabbed several times by three men along a section of the Fisherman’s Beach off Howard Cooke Boulevard in Montego Bay on Saturday night, later succumbed to injuries at the Cornwall Regional Hospital.
The police say they have not yet gotten the full identity of the deceased.
According to the Barnett Street police about 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, the victim was lying in a zinc shack on the compound of the Fisherman’s Beach when three men began to hurl Stones on the zinc.
The victim reportedly got out of the shack and chased the men. Minutes later, an argument developed between himself and the men, during what time, they brandished knives, stabbed him multiple times then fled the scene.
The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded man was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was admitted. He later succumbed to his injuries at hospital.
