Jamaica Crime News, Portland: One man was shot and killed, and two others shot and injured, by a lone gunman at a section of Port Antonio in Portland, on Thursday night, March 28.
Dead is 24-year-old Tevin Mckenzie, unemployed of Hall Avenue, in Port Antonio.
Reports by the Morant Bay police are that about 11:45 p.m., all three men were standing outside a bar in West Street, when they were approached by a man.
The man brandished a handgun and opened fire hitting all three men, before making his escape on foot in the area.
The police were summoned and upon their arrival, the three wounded men were rushed to hospital, where Mckenzie was pronounced dead, and the other two victims admitted in serious condition.
