Hanover, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Lucea Double Murder: A 37-year-old minibus operator who hails from Johnson Town in Lucea, Hanover and an 18-year-old female student from Askenish District were shot and killed, when gunmen shot up the minibus in which they were traveling along the Dundee Pen main road in Hanover on Tuesday night. Three other passengers who were traveling on the bus were also shot and seriously injured.
Those killed have been identified as Tusae Mcintosh, otherwise called “Rae Rae”, bus driver of Johnson Town in Lucea and Shanoya Murray of Askenish also in Lucea.
Those injured have been identified to be a 63-year-old Welder along with a 37-year-old laborer and another 64-year-old female all received gunshot wounds. They have since been admitted to the Noel Holmes Hospital in serious conditions.
Reports by the Lucea police are that, shortly after 7:00 pm on Tuesday night, November 21, the 18-year-old student along with the other three victims were traveling in a Toyota Hiace minibus driven by Mcintosh from the directions of Lucea towards Askenish.

On reaching a section of the Dundee Pen main road, three men armed with guns jumped from bushes and opened fire on the vehicle. McIntosh along with the female student and the three other passengers received gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.

The gunmen then made their escape in bushes while passing motorist assisted the victims to the Hospital where McIntosh and the student were pronounced dead. The other three victims were admitted.
