King Evil Son Remanded, Charged with Double Murder

Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – King Evil Son Remanded: Our news team has been informed that Kasheem Lewis, the son of slain Canterbury gangster Omar “King Evil” Lewis who was shot and killed by gunmen at Catherine Hall in October of 2017 was remanded into custody until Wednesday, January 31st when he appeared in the Montego Bay Parish Court recently to answer to double murder charges.

Kasheem Lewis is now facing two counts of murder carried out in Catherine Hall in November of 2017. He is charged with the murder of 41-year-old nail Technician Cleopatra Fletcher and Dawnett Shettlesworth of Westgreen.

Reports by the Freeport police are that during the second week of November both females were at a shop being operated by Fletcher in Catherine Hall when two men walked up to the building. One of the men reportedly brandished a handgun and opened fire hitting both women in the upper regions of their bodies.

Both victims were rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Following the double murder, detectives carried out a series of investigations which led to Lewis being arrested a few days ago and slapped with murder charges on Tuesday.

He appeared in the St James Parish Court on Friday where he was remanded into custody.
