Jamaican Shot and Killed in West Palm Beach

Florida, USA: The police in the West Palm Beach area of Florida in the United States, has taken one man into custody and charged him in connection with the shooting death of a Jamaican citizen living overseas, on Monday morning, April 22.

The man charged with murder has been identified as, 32-year-old Omari Fenton also of West Palm Beach.

He has been charged in connection with the murder of 28-year-old Eric Stewart who also resides in the area.

Reports are that shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Monday, gunshots were heard coming from the directions of the Caribbean Choice Restaurant Outlet and the police were alerted. Upon arrival, Stewart was discovered lying outside the Restaurant suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was later pronounced dead at hospital.

Investigators quickly locked down the area and carried out a series of investigations which led to the arrest of the accused man.
