Jamaica News: Councilor and mayor for Montego Bay, Homer Davis, celebrated his 66th birthday on July 12th. A surprise party was held for him at the St James Municipal Corporation. He was presented with a gift from Councilor Dwight Crawford on behalf of all the other councilors. Mr. Davis cut a cake decorated with Green Icing along with his executive secretary Francine Lawrence.
The large size audience sang happy birthday song for the mayor who could be seen smiling all throughout the party.
The members who were present ate lunch and cake for deserts and drank wine to end a joyful celebration. ‘I want to thank you all for this surprise and hope I can live to at least 99,” said the mayor, referring to the two 66’s being capsized to make it 99.
