Kingston, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The Spanish Town police say they are now making an all-out attempt to gain the identity of the mother who dumped the frozen body of a new born baby in a garbage receptacle in downtown Kingston.
The police further stated that shortly after 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 4, a male employee who was collecting garbage on the National Solid Waste Management dump truck stumbled upon the body and raised an alarm.
The investigators also revealed that the new born baby was discovered wrapped in a black plastic bag in the garbage receptacle close to the National Art Gallery in downtown Kingston.
One investigator also confirmed that the body was indeed very cold and it would appear that the mother froze the body in a means to transport it easily.
