ST CATHERINE, JAMAICA — The St Catherine North police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old deliveryman, Ricorior Moore, otherwise known as ‘Papa’, who was gunned down near his home in Quarry Hill on Friday night.
Reports are that around 10:50 p.m., loud explosions were heard in the vicinity of Moore’s residence, followed by cries for help. Residents later discovered Moore suffering from gunshot wounds inside his yard.
He was rushed to the Spanish Town Hospital by relatives but sadly succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
Moore’s killing has left the Quarry Hill community in shock, as investigations are now being led by the Spanish Town Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB).
