Jamaica News, Kingston: The decomposed body of an elderly man, was found inside his home, at Duppy Lane in Kingston on Sunday morning, June 16.
The deceased has been identified as 70-year-old Phillip Grant, also of Duppy Lane, in Cosmos News, Kingston 7.
Reports by the police are that about 9:20 a.m. on Sunday, a relative went to Grant’s home and discovered his body, which was in a vast state of decomposition inside a room of the house.
The police were summoned and upon their arrival, the scene was processed, and the body removed to the morgue.
The police say they are now awaiting a post-mortem examination result, to determine the true cause of death.
