‘Crocs’ Charged for Fatal Shooting of Cookshop Operator

Twenty-one-year-old Tawayne Douse, also known as ‘Crocs,’ a mechanic from Cane River Road in Bull Bay, St. Andrew, has been charged with multiple offenses in connection with the murder of 52-year-old Conroy Osbourne, a cookshop operator in Summerfield, Clarendon.

Douse faces charges of Robbery With Aggravation, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition, and Using a Firearm to Commit a Felony.

Reports indicate that on the night of May 10, around 10:00 pm, Osbourne was at his cookshop when Douse, posing as a customer, entered the establishment and shot him multiple times. Douse then fled in a waiting vehicle. Following a thorough investigation, Douse was arrested and charged on Wednesday, July 17.
