Clarendon, Jamaica: Businesswoman Murdered – The Clarendon police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a businesswoman on West Park Road, Clarendon, Sunday night.
She has been identified as 40-year-old Johanna Hanson, also known as ‘Ju Ju,’ from Threadlight District in Clarendon.
Reports indicate that around 7:45 p.m., Hanson was at her place of business when a motor car pulled up.
One man exited the vehicle and opened fire, striking Hanson multiple times before fleeing in the waiting vehicle.
Police were called to the scene, where they found Hanson lying in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds.
She was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
