Kingston, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Brother Murders Brother During Dispute: A deadly dispute between two brothers left one brother dead and a woman injured on Delacree Road in Kingston on Sunday, August 3, 2017.
Dead is 39-year-old Dave Coke, a bus driver from Bay Farm Road in Kingston.
Reports are that, Coke was trying to settle an argument between his brother about an oil spill. During the incident, his brother went for his licensed firearm and shot coke in his head and back, while injuring the woman.
Residents managed to swiftly disarm and apprehend the shooter. Both Coke and the injured woman were taken to the hospital where Coke was pronounced dead and the woman admitted in stable condition.
The brother was subsequently taken into custody and the firearm seized.
