St Andrew, Jamaica — The Specialised Operation Branch of the Jamaica Constabulary Force seized ten rounds of ammunition in the Grants Pen area on Saturday, July 27.
The discovery was made during routine foot patrol duties conducted by police officers between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.
According to reports, officers noticed a group of men whose behavior seemed suspicious. As the police approached, the men scattered in various directions, successfully evading capture. In the subsequent search of the area, officers discovered a bottle containing ten .380 cartridges.
The seizure highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to curb illegal activities and ensure public safety in the community.
