Latest Jamaica News, Clarendon (McKoy’s News): 2000 Pounds of Ganja Seized The Clarendon police say they are presently in search of a group of men, who are believed to be involved in Monday’s massive ganja seizure, at Salt River district in the parish.

Reports by the Marine police are that on Monday, August 12, about 2:40 p.m., a joint team of Marine and Narcotics police carried out an operation at a section of Salt River.

Massive Ganja Seizure in Westmoreland

During the operation, they seized a large speed boat, which was also searched. The vessel was found to contain ganja weighing approximately 2000 pounds, and two drums containing 440 liters of petrol.

The drugs, along with the petrol and the speed boat were impounded.
