Deaths from COVID-19 reach 80 in Jamaica

2 more COVID-19 deaths

Two more Jamaicans have died from COVID 19, pushing the fatalities
from the virus to 229. At the same time 57 new cases were
confirmed on Friday, November 13.
The two who died are a 63-year-old male from St Ann and a 71-year-
old male from St Catherine.
The 57 new cases bring to 9,780 the number of confirmed cases in
Jamaica. The highest number of those cases came from Kingston and
St Andrew, 13 and St Catherine, 13. There were 60 recoveries
yesterday bringing the total recovered to 5,228 cases and leaving
4,191 active.
Seventy-eight have been hospitalized. Seven of those are critical.
