Lila Ike Is Safe following series of Worrying Posts On Social Media

A statement released this morning (Nov. 15) has confirmed that Singer Lila Ike is safe. This, after a series of cryptic tweets from the “Where I’m Coming From” Singer yesterday, which left her supporters worried and concerned.

The post reads: “On behalf of Lila Iké, thank you for your concerns, we really appreciate it. She’s safe.”

In her tweets, Lila revealed that she’s raped and molested, after asking the question: “So what if am into women ? My music isn’t real?”

The tweets were seen my social media users as a cry for help, with many offering encouraging words of support to the Indigg Nation Artiste led  Reggar Singer Protoje.

Meanwhile, Lila Ike’s EP, The Experience is up for a Music of Black Origin, MOBO Award for Best Reggae Act. She’s up against Popcaan, Sean Paul, Shenseea, Skillibeng and Spice who are all vying for the coveted title.

The MOBO Awards will unfold December 5, 2021 in the United Kingdom.
