11-Year-old Boy Injured by Falling Tree Branch in Kingston

An 11-year-old boy was admitted to the Bustamante Children’s Hospital, in serious but stable condition, from injuries he received when the branch of a tree fell on top of him, inside his yard in Johns Lane, on Saturday, July 13.

Reports are that about 3:00 p.m., the boy was playing in the vicinity of his home which is in a Tenement Yard, on Johns Lane, when a large branch broke from a tree and fell on top of him.

His relatives rushed to assistance, and he was rushed to hospital where he was treated and admitted in stable condition.
