St. Catherine, Jamaica: The St. Catherine South Police Division is investigating the stabbing death of 27-year-old Shasheda Gordon, also known as ‘Shabba,’ a vendor from Dunbeholden, Portmore.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning. Residents reported hearing screams emanating from Gordon’s residence around 4:00 AM. Upon investigation, they discovered Gordon suffering from multiple stab wounds in her yard.
Emergency responders transported Gordon to the Spanish Town Hospital, where she tragically succumbed to her injuries.
The motive for the attack remains unknown at this time, and the police are actively pursuing leads and interviewing potential witnesses.
