Pastor Shot Near Home: A man who was shot near his home in Portmore, St Catherine on Monday afternoon, has succumbed to his injuries.
He has been identified as Lynval Lewis, pastor at the Spanish Town Tabernacle and Greater Portmore Tabernacle.
According to reports, Lewis was ambushed by a gunman who opened fire on him as he drove away from his home in Greater Portmore. The assailant then fled the scene.
Lewis was brought to hospital where he died while being treated.
Investigations are ongoing.
