The St. Catherine police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man in Bog Walk, St. Catherine, on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old David Archer, also known as ‘Didi Frass,’ from the Bentine district in the parish.
Reports indicate that around 1:00 PM, residents in the community of West Prospect heard gunshots and summoned the police.
Upon arrival, law enforcement officers found Archer lying on the roadway in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The scene was processed, and the body was removed to the morgue for a post-mortem examination.
