Jamaica Crime News: Chef Murdered in Kingston – Detectives attached to the Kingston Central Criminal Branch have now launched a manhunt for three armed men, who they say is behind the shooting death of another man in Allman Town area, on Tuesday night, January 22nd.
Dead is Andrew McLean, a Chef of Stephen Street, Allman Town in Kingston 4.
Reports by the police are that, shortly after 10:35 p.m., on Tuesday, McLean and a group of persons from his community, were sitting on a bench outside a business place when they were ambushed by three armed men.
The gunmen open fire, hitting McLean multiple times, before escaping in the area on foot.
The police were summoned, and upon their arrival, the scene was processed, and McLean was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No one else was injured during the shooting incident.
