Westmoreland Man Shot Dead: A man was found dead on Wednesday morning in his Dalling Street home in Savanna-La-Mar, Westmoreland.
The deceased has been identified as Otis Rattray Jr, 23, from the community.
Rattray Jr’s bullet-riddled body was found in his bed by his younger brother who went to check on him.
The Westmoreland police are investigating.
