Westmoreland, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Westmoreland Construction Worker Shot: A 48-yr-old Construction Worker was shot and injured by gunmen travelling in a motor vehicle in Savanna-la-mar on Friday morning.

Reports by the Savanna-la-mar police are that shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017, the victim was standing along a section of Dexter Street when he was approached by a black Toyota Corolla motor car.

It is further reported that men travelling in the vehicle opened fire hitting him to his upper body and then sped away. The Savanna-la-mar police were alerted and on arrival, the victim was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was treated and admitted in serious condition.
