For the last 5 years, there has been a decline in the number of Dacosta Cup football matches that are played at the venue due to the escalating crime rate.
A visit to the complex shows that there is a construction in progress, where a ten feet wall is being erected to keep intruders from robbing the visitors to the football matches.
Several athletes were also seen in training along with footballers. Is this place where the wall is being constructed is designed to build a grandstand? Let us hope that this is the case.
