Video: Two Men Hospitalized in Montego Bay Traffic Accident

Jamaica News, Montego Bay: Two men are now in serious condition at the Cornwall Regional Hospital, following their involvements in a motor vehicle accident which occurred along a section of the Rosehall Main Road in Montego Bay, St James, on Sunday morning, May 13.

Reports by the Coral Garden police are that, shortly after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, both victims were travelling in a silver motor car from the directions of Lilliput towards downtown Montego Bay.

On reaching a section of the Iron Shore Main Road in the vicinity of the Fire Department, the driver lost control of the vehicle which overturned and crashed in the middle of the roadway.

Both occupants sustained body injuries while the vehicle which suffered extensive damages caused an oil spill and left debris all over the roadway.

The crash also resulted in a major traffic pile-up in that lane while the firemen had to work swiftly to wash off the road surface and clear the debris.

Both victims were transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where they were treated and admitted.
