Unidentified Man Murdered in Montego Hills

St James, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – The Montego Hills police in the parish of St James say they are now asking members of the public for their assistance in identifying a man who was shot and killed by unknown assailants in the community of Montego Hills on Tuesday night, April 25.

Reports by the police are that about 10:00 pm residents in Montego Hills alerted the police after hearing loud explosions which sounded like gunshots coming from a section of the area.

The police rushed to the area and upon arrival they stumbled upon the body of the unidentified man who was lying face down in a pool of blood with what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

The scene was processed and the victim was later transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
