More Uchence Wilson Gang Member Captured, Now 29 of the 40 Arrested

Jamaica (McKoy’s News)Uchence Wilson Gang Member Captured Police detectives report that two additional members of the St. Catherine based “Uchence Wilson”gang were  arrested.

According to Assistant Commissioner Fitz Bailey, head of the Jamaica Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime (C-TOC) Branch, a man and a woman, were detained by C-TOC detectives  on Tuesday by Dec 5.

This increases the C-TOC arrest round-up of the gang members to 29 out of the 40 alleged gang members since last weekend.

The gang members in custody are scheduled to face identification parades in coming weeks.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) held a press conference today, Mon. December 4, to confirm that the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime (C-TOC) unit, arrested members of one of Jamaica’s most organised and vile gang and criminal network.

Reportedly, the Uchence Wilson gang is a well organised gang, which remained under the radar while carrying out some of the vilest crimes on the Island, allegedly including robberies, extortions, rapes, murders etc.

It is alleged that this gangs is particularly versed for home invasion, where they a carry out heinous acts of violence including rapes and murders.

Police also report that the gang is responsible for the theft of 15 guns from licensed firearms holders across the country.
