Two teenagers died tragically in a motorcycle crash on the Llandovery main road in St Ann on Sunday, November 3.
They have been identified as 17-year-old Lenford Ashmeade and 19-year-old Giovanni Forbes, both of Lewis district in the parish.
Reports from the police are that at about 12 pm, Ashmeade was riding his motorcycle along with Forbes as a passenger when, on reaching a section of the roadway, the rider lost control of the bike and crashed on the spot.
Both men received multiple injuries and were rushed to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead while undergoing treatment.
The St Ann police are investigating the accident.
