Two Suspects Held in Connection with Murder of Business Couple in Negril, Westmoreland

Latest Jamaica News, Westmoreland (McKoy’s News): The Westmoreland police has confirmed that they have taken two men into custody in connection with the double murder of a business couple, at their home in Negril Westmoreland last Thursday night, November 28.

The victims have been identified as 49-year-old Osborne Richards, and his 45-year-old Italian wife Patricia Richards, both of West End, Negril.

Reports by the Negril police are that on Thursday night the couple were at the home in Negril, when a group of armed men entered their home and held them at gunpoint.

The couple were tied up and later executed, followed by which the men robbed the establishment of cash and household items.

Following an investigation by detectives attached to the Major Investigation Division, the two suspects were taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning of this week.
