Jamaica Crime News, Manchester: The Mandeville police in the parish of Manchester, are presently carrying out investigations surrounding the shooting and wounding of two persons, in Greenvale district, on Thursday, May 30.
The police have reported that the gunshot victims are presently in serious condition at hospital.
Reports by the police are that shortly after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, both victims were among a group of persons outside an establishment in Greenvale community when they were ambushed by armed men.
The gunmen opened fire on the crowd, hitting both victims and then escaped in the area.
The police were summoned and upon their arrival, the victims were rushed to hospital and admitted.
