Two Men Arrested in Connection with St Catherine Stabbing Murder

Jamaica Crime News, St Catherine: Two men have been taken into custody in connection with the stabbing death of another man in Peter’s Lane, Old Harbour, St Catherine on Sunday, October 14.

The deceased has been identified as Kail Kilburn, otherwise called “Babo” fisherman of Peters Lane.

The name of both accused is being withheld pending an identification parade.

Reports by the police are that about 7:30 p.m., Kilburn was in his community when an argument developed between him and the two accused.

During the dispute, a knife was brought into play, which was used to stab Kilburn multiple times to his upper body.

The men then fled the scene and the police were summoned.

Upon arrival, Kilburn was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Following an investigation, the two accused were taken into custody late yesterday.
