Jamaica Crime News, Westmoreland: Two men and a woman, whose names are being withheld, were charged on Wednesday morning in connection with another major ganja bust in Westmoreland on Monday, August 13.
The police have reported that the names of all three accused have been withheld, but they have been charged with Possession of Ganja and Dealing in Ganja.
They are booked to appear in the Westmoreland Parish Court on Tuesday, August 21.

Reports by the police are that about 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a team of officers attached to the Narcotics Division carried out an operation in Petersville district, which is located in Whitehouse, Westmoreland.
During the operation, the lawmen went to a section of bushes where they came upon a hut.
The lawmen saw all three accused attending to cured ganja weighing approximately 500 pounds.
The drug is estimated at a street value of Jamaican $5 million.
