Two Clarendon Men Shot and Injured

Clarendon, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Two Clarendon Men Shot and Injured: A 29-year-old maintenance worker employed to the Jamalco Bauxite Company and a 28-year-old labourer who resides at the Gimme-Me-Bit community in Clarendon, were both shot and seriously injured by gunmen along the roadway in Gimme-me-bit Community on Monday (August 28, 2017) night.

Reports by the police are that about 10:28 p.m. on Monday both men were standing along a section of the Gimme-Mi-Bit main road in the vicinity of the Shocking Vibes Street when they were approached by two men. The men reportedly brandished handguns and opened fire, hitting both men and then made their escape in the area.

The police were called and on arrival, the wounded men were taken to hospital where they were admitted in stable condition.
