A Tribunal hearing was convened in Montego Bay, St James, yesterday, to determine if dancehall entertainer, Tommy Lee, who has been detained under the State of Public Emergency in St James, should be released. The dancehall star is still being held.
The Tribunal Court which was held via Zoom inside the conference room at the Montego Bay Freeport Station, in Montego Bay, St James. New dates were set for the hearing over three days, August 10, 13 and 14.
The Entertainer whose real name is Leroy Russell, is represented by Attorney, Ernest Smith.
Tommy Lee Sparta was taken into custody two days after his name was released by the St James police, as a person of interest.
