St Catherine, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Three-vehicle Accident Claims Biker’s Life: A three-vehicle accident that occurred along Old Harbour Road in St Catherine on Thursday, May 26, has left a motorcyclist dead.
The dead man has been identified as, 38-year-old Lascelle Gordon, from Blackwood Gardens, Old Harbour.
Reports are that, sometime after 5:00 pm, Gordon was riding his bike along Old Harbour Road heading towards May Pen, when he swerved from a pothole and lost control of the bike.
Onlookers at the scene that witnessed the accident said, the bike collided with a trailer heading into the opposite direction and Gordon was flung from the bike. He fell on top of a car that was also heading in the opposite direction, which subsequently crashed.
Gordon sustained multiple injuries and was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
