St James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Three St James Police Officers Arrested: The Area One Major Organized Crime Unit (MOCA)  on Saturday swooped down on three police constables attached to the Freeport Station and took them into custody on corruption charges.

One police source has indicated that the names of the three police constable are being withheld until they are officially charged.  Also, our news team was informed that all three officers are part of the St James Special Operations Unit.

It is reported that recently all three officers were on an operation where they allegedly solicit money from an accused man allegedly in order to set him free.

A report was made to investigators at MOCA, following investigations the three accused were taken into custody.

A special team of investigators attached to MOCA is now carrying out further investigations into these latest arrests.
