Three More Westmoreland Lottery Scammers and Teenager Sentenced in Court

Jamaica Crime News, Westmoreland: Three men and a 16-year-old teenage boy who the Westmoreland police say are major players in the illegal lottery scamming, were fined and sentenced when they appeared in the Westmoreland Circuit Court on Thursday, May 24 and Friday, May 25.
The men who were all facing charges of Being in Possession of Identity Information have been identified as, Randy Richards, Lincoln Chaikim and Odane Warren, all of Westmoreland addresses.
Richards and Chaikim were fine a total of $350,000 each or if the money was not paid they are to serve two years in prison at hard labor. In addition they were sentenced to another three years in prison suspended until three years.
Warren was fined a sum of $250,000 or served two years hard labor in prison. He was also given four years suspended sentencing until three years.
The 16-year-old teen appeared in Court on Friday where he pleaded guilty to similar charges. He was sentenced to serve three years on a Probation period.
