Latest Jamaica News, St Andrew (McKoy’s News): Temple Hall Massacre Victims The St Andrew police have commenced an investigation surrounding the shooting death of three men, and the shooting and injuring of three others, at a cook-out in Temple Hall, St Andrew on Sunday evening, August 31.

Dead are 37-year-old Phillip Ellis, otherwise called “Mega Plow” of Brandon Hill district, 43-year-old Winston Smith, otherwise called “Money Kelly” of Dempshire Pen and 49-year-old Donovan Guthrie, of Brunswick Avenue, in Spanish Town, St Catherine.

The other three injured victims whose identities are being withheld, still remain at hospital in serious condition.

Reports by the police are that about 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, all six victims were at a cookout being held at an old factory in Temple Hall, when three men armed with handguns ambushed them and opened fire on the patrons.

All six victims received gunshot wounds to their upper bodies and were rushed to hospital, where Ellis Smith and Guthrie were pronounced dead, and the other three victims admitted in serious condition.
