Jamaica Crime News, Westmoreland: A teenage girl and two men pleaded guilty to being involved in Lottery scamming, after they appeared in the Westmoreland Home Circuit Court on Wednesday, May 9.

The three accused who pleaded guilty to being in Possession of Identity Information, have been identified as, 22-year-old Tarik Brown of Whitehall in Negril, 28-year-old Nandy Richards of Grange Hill and the 16-year-old teenager also of Whitehall, whose identity is being withheld.

It is reported that earlier this year, the police carried out an operation at a premises occupied by the three accused in Negril, Westmoreland.

During the search, the lawmen seized items which linked the accused to the Lottery Scam, along with personal information of persons residing overseas.

They were all arrested and subsequently charged.

The three accused were ordered to return to Court on May 24th for sentencing.
