Teenaged Boy Murdered in Montego Bay

St James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Teenaged Boy Murdered in Montego Bay: Investigators are now carrying out a probe into the death of a 14-yr-old student who was discovered shot to death in Montego Bay on Saturday morning, July 29th 2017.
The teenaged boy has been identified as Jordan Blackwood otherwise called JJ, of a Rose Heights address.
The Mount Salem police reported that at about 2:00 a.m. on Saturday residents at a section of Rosemount Gardens known as Tulip Avenue called the police after hearing a barrage of gunshots being fired in the surroundings. The lawmen rushed to the scene but nothing was found.

Several hours later about 8:30 a.m. residents again called the police, after they stumbled upon the body of a teenaged boy along a dirt track that leads from Rosemount Gardens to Rose Heights.
On arrival, the police discovered the teenaged student, lying in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No motive has since been established for the killing and the Mount Salem police are continuing their investigations.
