Taxi Operator Murdered in Norwood Montego Bay

A 33-year-old, taxi operator was shot and killed in his community of Norwood, in St. James, on Tuesday night, April 9.

He has been identified as, Clive Brown, otherwise called “Big Pants” taxi operator, of Bottom Road, also in Norwood.

Reports by the Freeport police are that about 7:40 p.m., the taxi operator was washing his pro-box motor car outside an establishment in Norwood.

Minutes later he was ambushed by an armed gunman, who shot him multiple times.

The police were summoned, and upon their arrival, the wounded taxi operator was rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
