Hanover, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Tasha Gordon Close Friend Speak: family friend Wellesly Douglas of slain Prospect Square, Hanover cashier says Gordon’s remains were discovered by some sugarcane workers who were cutting cane in an area known as Haden Hall in the parish of Hanover.
The search for the missing cashier ended in grief and disappointment for her relatives, the police and friends.
Relatives have confirmed her identity, based on personal items found nearby, such as her wig that she wore at the time of her abduction.
Ms Gordon was abducted by gunmen on Monday, January 9, 2017, after they shot and killed her employer – Marvin McIntosh – at a shop in Green Island.
Relatives, residents and police, including search dogs, launched an extensive search for Gordon, but to no avail.
