Suitcase Found with Human Remains in John’s Hall, St James

Latest Jamaica News, St James (McKoy’s News): Suitcase Found with Human RemainsA suitcase containing human remains was found buried in a pit in John’s Hall, St James, yesterday October 27.

Reports are that about 5:00 p.m., a group of construction workers stumbled upon a large black suitcase and decided to open it. This led to this discovery of the human remains inside.

Further reports are that the owner of the premises who resides abroad, came home and started construction. He decided to complete an unfinished pit that he had started, but was not able to complete before he left the country. As a result, he asked the workmen to clear the dirt and debris from the hole.

Residents are convinced that the body is that of the owner’s stepbrother, Allan Hughes, who went missing over two years ago.

The remains were removed and sent to the morgue pending a post-mortem examination.
